Return policies can sometimes be awkward and confusing. We don't want that to be the case with us.
We want you, the giver of this award, to love your purchase. And we want your student(s) to feel celebrated and affirmed. Unfortuantely, sometimes things go wrong and products don't always arrive as they should. If you're not 100% satisfied with your experience or the product you received, please email sales@trophyawards.com and we will work with you to make it right.
If your product appears to have been damaged in shipping, please email sales@trophyawards.com. Include a description of the damages, as well as pictures of the items and packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar challenges in the future. We will collaborate and coordinate replacement shipments within 48 hours of notification.
